I am a very lucky person as I have made my philosophy of life my job.

In my professional practice I have the ambition to create winning, varied and personalised eating strategies. I encourage lifestyle changes and teach people how to navigate their way through their daily lives, which are often surrounded by gastronomic temptations and constant opportunities for consumption.

I strongly believe in the possibility of achieving well-being and maintaining the best physical shape through the nutraceutical power of good food, without the need to deprive oneself of the good taste of bringing it to the table and enhancing the gastronomic culture of our tradition.

Graduated in "Molecular, Health and Nutrition Biology" at the Carlo Bo University of Urbino and then specialised in "Human Nutrition Science".  During these years I have learnt about the human organism and its physiological, organic and nutritional needs.

My past as a professional tennis player led me to want to specialise in sports nutrition at the "Scuola di Nutrizione ed Integrazione nello Sport (SANIS)".

I specialised in "Phytotherapy and Medicinal Plants" and "Clinical Phytotherapy" at the University of Tuscia in Viterbo, with the aim of broadening my knowledge of medicinal and officinal plants and their application in clinical practice. I studied Vegetarian diet with Società Scientifica di Nutrizione Vegetariana.

I take part in seminars and refresher courses in Dietetics, Sports Nutrition and Clinical Nutrition, which allow me to be constantly updated on the world of nutrition.

Professional Carrer

I take care of Dietetic and Clinical Nutrition processing "Highly customized dietary plans" in Italian and English. In particular:  

  • Dietary plans for the prevention of diseases related to ageing, malnutrition, overweight and obesity
  • Dietary plans for diagnosed diseases such as diabetes, hypercholesterolaemia, hypertension.
  • Dietary plans to maintain weight, physical form and muscle tone 
  • Anti-aging dietary plans aimed at rejuvenation and aesthetic nutrition

I collaborate with companies and scientific directorates in national and international projects to support the business. Among the most well-known Kellogg's, Danone, Yakult and Silversea cruises.

The passion for healthy food associated with gastronomy has allowed me to work as a Culinary Nutritionist with many Chefs around the world in the design of menus and balanced gourmet recipes. In particular, I encourage correct eating habits through the use of kitchen skills associated with scientific nutrition    

My professional tennis background has fostered a greater insight into the " Science of Nutrition in Physical Exercise ". I am a specialist in Sport Nutrition  and I follow dietary eating patterns in amateur, competitive and elite athletes in various sports activities.
