I degreed in "Molecular Biology, Health and Nutrition" at the university of Carlo Bo in Urbino and I later specialized in "Science of Human Nutrition". During these years I have learned to know the human organism and its physiological, organic and nutritional needs.
I take care of Dietetic and Clinical Nutrition processing "Highly customized dietary plans" in Italian and English. In particular:
- Dietary plans for the prevention of diseases related to ageing, malnutrition, overweight and obesity
- Dietary plans for diagnosed diseases such as diabetes, hypercholesterolaemia, hypertension.
- Dietary plans to maintain weight, physical form and muscle tone in different ages
- Anti-aging dietary plans aimed at rejuvenation and aesthetic nutrition
I collaborate with companies and scientific directorates in national and international projects to support the business. Among the most notorious Kellogg's, Danone, Yakult and Silversea cruises.
The passion for healthy food associated with gastronomy has allowed me to work as a Culinary Nutritionist with many Chefs around the world in the design of menus and balanced gourmet recipes. In particular, I encourage correct eating habits through the use of kitchen skills associated with scientific nutrition
My professional tennis background has fostered a greater insight into the " Science of Nutrition in Physical Exercise ". I am a specialist in Sport Nutrition and I follow dietary eating patterns in amateur, competitive and elite athletes in various sports activities.
